all the answers. For that reason we have developed a range of additional services, some provided directly by ourselves, and others by trusted associates and third party partners who can all work within the Essence of Business framework.

Recruiting the right people, in the right way, and inducting them into the organisation properly, should be the starting point of building an effective team.

Marketing
As companies put the Theory of Constraints to work, they frequently discover opportunities to offer their products in new more enticing ways, to approach new markets or to exploit existing markets in new ways.
As such it makes sense to provide this support from within our own resources. In addition two of the senior partners in Essence of Business have considerable experience of Strategic Marketing (both as consultants and directors of marketing /sales) we are able to carry such activities through seamlessly.
