ACL produces effective, cooperative people who work enthusiastically in teams to achieve the corporate goals. Well led people do the right things for the organisation because they believe in the goals of the organisation, they feel loyalty towards the team and they derive satisfaction themselves from achieving the desired results. Good teamwork means that TOC can be employed even more effectively!
